Kids are constantly learning, with their big eyes trying to get it all in, discovering the world they recently became part of. Even more, kids use their imagination, they can play for hours with a doll or a teddy bear, or nothing; they create the worlds, histories and that fantastic universe of colorful places in their mind.

For this, I love the idea of helping the development of awed kids, in universes of colors, warm feelings and playfulness. I can imagine going to bed every night with a trigger for sweet dreams, like guardians taking nightmares away, and making me feel warm and safe in a fairyland. And I like it. What did I like most back in time? What were my universes like? The answer is what I try to imprint in my illustrations for the adults of tomorrow. But today they still need to play, imagine, believe, and feel contempt.
